Biography
Christian studied New Media at the SAE Institute in Munich, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Multimedia Arts, Hons.) in 2003. He spent six years as a web developer at the award-winning Munich agency coma before leaping into startups — first as lead developer, then as CTO — where he built a newcomer platform and an iTunes-like HTML5 frontend for the streaming music service AdTunes/Roccatune, awarded the Web 2.0 Startup Award and the Elevator Pitch at the Elevator Content Forum in 2009.
Since 2010 he has consulted as a developer and architect for companies including CHECK24, Lusini, Pierlane (Songpier), 1&1, organize.me and maxdome. Noticed the trend toward music? That’s right — Christian is also a pretty rocking musician.
