Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data when you use type10.com.
Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is TYPE10 Media GmbH, Einseleweg 1, 81377 München, Germany. Email: info@type10.com.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you access the site, Cloudflare automatically processes connection data — including your IP address, the requested URL, date and time, referrer and your browser and operating system — in server log files.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
Cookies and consent
We only set non-essential cookies or similar technologies (e.g. for analytics) after you have given your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Strictly necessary technical storage that is required to operate the site does not require consent.
Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 sets cookies and processes usage data; IP addresses are truncated and not stored in full. No analytics data is collected before you consent, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Where data is transferred to Google LLC in the USA, this takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.
Web fonts
All fonts used on this site are self-hosted. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider is established when you visit the site, so no font-related data is transmitted to third parties.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and message) in order to handle your request, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We retain this data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact info@type10.com.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority competent for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our processing activities or in legal requirements. The version published here always applies.
